THE EPILEPTIC STORM
Editorial Design
When my older brother was five years old, he was diagnosed with Benign Rolandic Epilepsy. Growing up with an epileptic sibling was at times very scary, but it was even more difficult for my parents. My parents also lacked educational resources to provide them with in-depth, meaningful information on the condition. The Epileptic Storm: A Parent’s Guide to Childhood Epilepsy is an introductory guide for parents about epilepsy. I wrote this book in order to to make the condition less intimidating, and encourage conversations amongst families. All illustrations included in the book are original.
